Emma Lynn trades as Lincolnshire Nutrition. Weight Management Workshops are a product of Lincolnshire Nutrition.
Cancellations - Up to three weeks of the Workshop date there is no charge. Cancellations within three weeks will incur a £10 administration fee and within seven days will not be refunded. However, if a replacement is found either by yourself or via my waiting list, your money will be refunded in full minus a £10 administration fee. I reserve the right to charge the full amount to secure any booking. If the Workshop is cancelled by me, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
Your Details - I collect brief details from each client, including contact details, which I may use to let you know of other Lincolnshire Nutrition services and offers. Should you wish not to receive further contact from me, please let us know by telephoning 07818 453490, writing to Emma Lynn, Lincolnshire Nutrition, 14 Abbeygate, Grimsby, DN31 1JY or by using the website contact form.

All workshops cost £50 and include your posted pre-workshop information pack, light refreshments and materials on the day, and the aftercare package.
