Party Plan Workshops
If you are thinking about coming to a workshop with a group of friends, why not have it at home instead?
All you need is a minimum of three friends, a TV and DVD player and no interruptions! You provide refreshments and healthy nibbles and snacks (I can suggest these) and I can come and do the workshops.
It costs just £45 per person and the hostess gets a free pedometer/body fat monitor.

The workshops are a great way of introducing 'healthier lifestyles' to your employees. And who doesn't want their staff to be in tip-top shape?

Workshops normally last 3.5 - 4 hours, but they can be broken down into hour-long sessions if required, and can be delivered weekly or fortnightly if that suits the needs of your business better.
