- It depends on the number of people but with the smallest group size the workshops lasts about 3.5 hours.

- Workshops normally run with 2-8 people but corporate or private workshops for different numbers can be arranged - please contact me for details.

- Contact me with your booking details (PayPal reference or name on the cheque) and I'll make sure you have everything you need before your workshop day.

- Just yourself, a pen and your completed food diary (I send you this as part of your pre-workshop pack).

- Not at all. The emphasis is on weight management, so there's loads of information suitable for everyone, whatever their weight.

- There are some weighing scales in a discreet corner at the workshop. However, although it's useful to know how much you weigh, the emphasis of the workshop is more on looking and feeling better, rather than relying on the numbers.

- Only if you tell them! The amount of information you share on the day is completely up to you.

- I am pregnant/breastfeeding, can I attend the workshops?
- Unless you are following specific medical advice from your doctor, you should not try to lose weight during pregnancy or breastfeeding. And bear in mind that breastfeeding itself will lead to weight loss if you eat a healthy diet!

- As with any dieting/slimming club, the ultimate aim is to lose weight whatever the actual methods used. My workshops complement most of the ideas in various different weight loss clubs - my emphasis being on long term weight management without having to diet. Some people find that when they stop going to their weekly class, their weight slowly creeps back on - my workshops will teach you how to maintain your weight and avoid this.
